The Boutique Family Law Firm seeks an experienced family law attorney to join our practice. The award-winning team at Pingel Family Law seeks an exceptional attorney who excels in a fast-paced work environment where we provide a unique combination of care, compassion and empathy to our clients, while also providing them superior legal service. The perfect candidate for this position must possess the following:
- Capability handling family law litigation in active and complicated dissolution, parenting, enforcement, and modification actions, as well as representation at mediation, meetings with clients, communications with opposing counsel, the court and in collaborating with other relevant professionals.
- A strong desire to litigate and be in court, including a comfort level in presenting evidence and preparing for trials and hearings.
- Comfort with advocating and counseling clients involved in highly contentious and emotional matters such as legal decision-making, parenting time, and the division of financial assets.
- Ideally, at least three years of experience with family law litigation and trial preparation, although we are willing to train the right candidate;
- A solid knowledge of Missouri and/or Kansas family law rules and statutes (or the desire to learn this body of law).
- The ability to work closely with our wonderful legal team including support staff. We are very focused on having an amazing culture in our office. We avoid drama and love working with one another.

Family Law Paralegal/Family Law Legal Assistant
Boutique Family Law Firm seeks an experienced full-time paralegal. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Two years of Kansas and/or Missouri family law experience (although we’re wiling to train the right person);
- Legal research experience;
- A solid knowledge of Missouri and/or Kansas family law (or the desire to learn this information).
- Demonstration of excellent grammar and drafting skills
- Extensive calendaring experience
- Effective communications skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize.
- The ability to work well with a collaborative, legal team. We love our office culture and we want to work with people who love it too!
